From the CEO

Organizations around the globe are encountering more complex factors that are impacting mental health. The COVID-19 pandemic, social injustice, and a poor economy have created unprecedented challenges for organizations and how to best support their people.

During times like these, many are experiencing a wide range of emotions and feelings, including stress, depression, anxiety, and fear. Unfortunately, accessing timely mental health services to help cope with these feelings is a challenge for most.

BHS recently conducted a study using a health insurance mental health provider directory that included counselors and therapists. The results were shocking. Only 10 out of 100 possible providers listed could offer an appointment within three weeks. This is unacceptable and must change now.

It saddens me when people find the courage to reach out for help and have a difficult or bad experience. Often, they give up and don’t receive the support they need. Furthermore, unresolved issues not only lead to more complex health problems but also create risk and liability to the organization.

At BHS, we are dedicated to helping organizations achieve their well-being and business goals. A big part of that is caring for your people and ensuring they bring their best selves to work every day. We do this by understanding your organizational goals and developing a well-being strategy that supports the unique needs of your people.

As your partner, BHS will optimize organizational performance by empowering your people to reach their fullest potential. We believe that a hands-on approach is paramount to keeping individuals fully engaged, productive, and safe.

I am very proud of BHS’ unwavering commitment to high-quality service, the values we represent, and the reputation we have built. I look forward to partnering with you to energize your team, make a real difference to your organization and exceed your expectations at every turn.

Sincerely,
Dawn Motovidlak
