About the Speaker

Nicole is a Thrive Consultant at Revive & Thrive by BHS, through this role she consults and coaches at seven different AM Law 50 firms. Nicole specializes in mental health, relationships, and wellness. She believes that mental health is a natural and important part of an overall wellness regimen. Nicole has worked with clients for over fifteen years and has experience working with clients at different stages in life, from young adults entering the workforce to seasoned professionals. Her career has developed within various settings including private practice, college campuses and community mental health. Before Nicole started working in the mental health industry, she spent time as a practicing attorney for 13 years.

Meghan Stoke, LCSW-C

About the Speaker

Meghan is the Senior Manager of Global Health & Well-Being at Latham & Watkins, leading the development and implementation of the firm’s global mental health programs and initiatives. As a licensed mental health counselor with two decades of clinical experience, Ms. Stokes brings a practitioner’s perspective to developing and tailoring mental health resources and trainings at Latham.

Prior to joining Latham, much of her career focused on helping organizations with workplace well-being. In addition to overseeing clinical service programs, Ms. Stokes has collaborated with leaders of various organizations to develop programming focused on teaching leaders the skills to recognize, respond to, and engage with employees regarding mental health concerns.

A graduate of Western Maryland College (now McDaniel), Ms. Stokes earned a master’s degree in Employee Assistance Programs from the University of Maryland School of Social Work. She is also certified as a Clinical Supervisor and Field Instructor for undergraduate and graduate programs and has a certification in Critical Incident Stress Management.

Paige is an Organizational Management Consultant at BHS. In her role, Paige serves as a senior clinical liaison providing BHS client companies with clinical consultation, guidance, and troubleshooting on high-risk, complex or problematic situations. Her areas of expertise include empathetic leadership, change management, transformation leadership, employee engagement, leadership development and coaching, and customer service.
