Since 1991, Melanie has worked in the healthcare industry in Canada, the United Kingdom, and the United States, applying health and social policy to real-life settings. At BHS, she is responsible for consulting with clients and developing solutions for improving mental health and managing related behavioral risks in the workplace. Melanie received her bachelor’s degree from Trent University in Peterborough, Ontario and her master’s degree in public policy from Johns Hopkins University.
