Well-Being Challenges

Well-being challenges engage participants and encourage healthier lifestyle behaviors that contribute to a more positive and productive work environment. Well-being challenges are designed to help participants motivate, encourage and challenge each other to meet health goals and earn rewards.

Enhanced Online Well-Being Challenges

Each enhanced well-being challenge has its own corresponding app and/or is built on a mobile-friendly platform and is challenging, social, fun and grounded in health behavior change science.  Challenge topics include healthy eating, physical activity, stress management, resilience and more. Daily reminders, fitness tips, healthy recipes and articles are also provided to keep participants active, engaged and on track. Remember when you were a kid waiting for dusk to turn to darkness so you could watch the fireflies (aka lightning bugs) come out? How about the sound of the ice cream truck moving up your street as you scramble to find money for a melts-on-your-hands dreamsicle? Running through the sprinkler playing freeze tag on the hottest days? Picnics? Sandcastles? Stargazing? S’mores? Sidewalk chalk? Campfires? Skipping stones? Water balloons? Kite flying? Participants take advantage of longer daylight to relive memories like these and recapture the vitality of childhood in our physical activity program with an all-things-summer theme. Available in 4-, 6- or 8-week formats.
