Well-being challenges engage participants and encourage healthier lifestyle behaviors that contribute to a more positive and productive work environment. Well-being challenges are designed to help participants motivate, encourage and challenge each other to meet health goals and earn rewards.

Each enhanced well-being challenge has its own corresponding app and/or is built on a mobile-friendly platform. Challenge topics include healthy eating, physical activity, stress management, resilience and more. Daily reminders, fitness tips, healthy recipes and articles are also provided to keep participants active, engaged and on track.
