Learning and Development Solutions

BHS offers a comprehensive library of education and training solutions to further help your organization develop a highly engaged and skilled workforce. Our cost-effective training solutions include an array of emotional well-being, health and wellness, human resources and productivity and professional development topics. Trainings are facilitated either on-site or via live webinar in 60 minute sessions unless otherwise noted. Recordings of live webinars are available upon request at an additional cost.

Emotional Well-Being Standard Trainings

Trainings are 60 minutes or in some cases offered in 30-minute formats. BHS recommends a maximum of 30 participants for on-site trainings and up to 95 participants for a live webinar format. 1 credit per hour (1-hour minimum)

Building Your Self-Care Toolkit

Participants will learn and practice how to leverage an effective and always available strategy to reduce stress through their breath. This session educates participants on our body's stress response and how breathing and other relaxation techniques lessen stress and its impact to our well-being.
